Reserve a Seat at AWPAC


Your Step-by-Step Guide

Super Delegate passholders are provided with the opportunity to reserve a seats for sessions.

The Session Reservation Period is from Tuesday, 26th July at 12:00 PM AEST through Monday, 1st August, at 5:00 PM AEST.

How to Reserve Your Seat

STEP 1

Log in to Your Account

If your Super Delegate pass has already been registered, log in at the top right-hand corner of this page to unlock the reserved seat functionality on the online schedule.

If you have not yet purchased a pass and need to do so, create an account, or log in with an existing account during the purchase process.

STEP 2

Reserve Your Seats

Between 26th July 12pm AEST and 1st August at 5pm AEST, sessions that are eligible for reserve-a-seat will become available on the online schedule.

Note: You must be logged in with the account associated with your pass to see the Reserve-a-Seat buttons.

Navigate to our online schedule and select the sessions you would like to reserve.

You may return at any time during the reservation period to make updates and changes to your reserve choices.

A live count of your bookmarked and reserved sessions will appear at the top of the schedule page.

You may Bookmark events to help with your personal scheduling, but please note that bookmarking a session will not reserve your seat. Bookmarks are for organizational purposes only.

After the reservation period closes on August 1st 5pm AEST, you will no longer be able to reserve seats or make changes to your selections. There are no refunds or exchanges on passes, so please assure that you have made your selections prior to the deadline.

Note that you may still attend any other session at Advertising Week with your pass via the General Admission queue, on a first-come, first-served basis. Your reserved seat selections will be displayed in your "My Advertising Week" tab online.

Be sure to have your printed pass with you as this will be the only way to gain entry into the theatre.
