Michaela Tan is the lead for GroupM Nexus’ creator marketing solution, GOAT (formerly INCA). ​She is a creative and strategic Account Director who has represented global and local clients across advertising, public relations and influencer marketing. She has previously managed some of New Zealand’s top influencers, implemented public relations campaigns across a broad range of sectors including travel, corporate and consumer-based clients. In 2021, Michaela launched INCA, New Zealand’s first performance-based influencer marketing solution. Now leading INCA Australia & New Zealand, she has been scaling partnerships with GroupM clients and advocating for creativity and diversity.
