Michaela Tan is the lead for GroupM Nexus’ creator marketing solution, INCA. ​She is a creative and strategic Account Director who has represented global and local clients across advertising, public relations, and influencer marketing. She has previously managed some of New Zealand’s top influencers and implemented public relations campaigns across a broad range of sectors including travel, corporate and consumer-based clients. In 2021, Michaela launched INCA, New Zealand’s first performance-based influencer marketing solution. Now leading INCA Australia, she has been scaling partnerships with GroupM clients and advocating for creativity and diversity across Australia and New Zealand.
