Linda started in the advertising industry in Sydney in 1986 when material instructions were sent by telex and TV buying was done with pen and paper. Over the course of her career, she has worked in local and regional roles with agencies including J. Walter Thompson, Saatchi & Saatchi, Starcom and GroupM. In 2017, she co-founded The Hummingbirds, a learning and development company. She is an instructional designer, coach, trainer and facilitator and works with multinational and independent agencies in APAC.
