Simon Lowden is the Chief Transformation Officer for The Arnott’s Group. Simon is charged with accelerating The Group’s growth through driving the M&A agenda, leading the development of the corporate strategy for a heathier planet, community and workforce. Previously in his role as Chief Sustainability Officer at PepsiCo, Simon led the development of the food and beverage company’s sustainability strategy. Simon continually champions strategic planning, team leadership, smart communication and product development in all his roles.
