Trent was the managing director of the youth content platform Chattr. He joined Mediaweek after a stint in marketing, working in both virtual reality and recreational sporting. Trent joined the team as the Digital Editor in 2018 before becoming Deputy Editor at the start of 2020, and Editor at the end of 2021.
