UnLtd is a social impact organisation who believe that every young person deserves the best opportunity in life. They work with the media, marketing, tech and creative industries to unlock their time, skills, funds, and resources to drive impact for their charity partners, who all work with youth at risk. Under Chris's stewardship they have driven over $200million of social impact value, helping positively influence tens of thousands of young lives. They also work with their charity partners to provide support and purpose to their corporate partners, particularly in the mental health space.

In 2021, Chris and the UnLtd team brought the industry together to launch the industry’s first social enterprise – MOOD Tea. MOOD Tea is committed to fighting the leading cause of death for young Australians, suicide. They sell tea that looks good, tastes good and does good, with all profits funding youth mental health initiatives. Since 2022, MOOD Tea is available online and through all Woolworths stores in Australia.

Chris was awarded Mumbrella Industry Leader of the Year in 2021 and he is also on the Advisory Board for Advertising Week APAC, a mentor through The Marketing Academy, a regular editorial contributor across industry publications, and a regular Judge across many industry awards. He’s a proud father to two boys and one dog and he is also a very accomplished bingo caller.
