Laura is the co-founder of Supermassive, an independent creative agency with an ambition to set a new benchmark in effective non-traditional and earned creativity.


She has spent almost twenty-five years advising some of the world's biggest and most iconic brands, with a career spanning the UK, US, and Australia.


Her leadership has been recognised in Adnews' Top 10 leaders (2018), Campaign Asia's 40 under 40 (2019), Campaign Asia's Women to Watch (2021), as well as on the shortlist for CEO Magazine's Marketing CEO of the Year (2021), B&T Women in Media's Executive Leader (2020, 2022) and Mumbrella's Industry Leader of the Year (2022)


Laura is also the deputy chair of the Advertising Council of Australia's board of directors
